Stephanie Hsieh is heading the privacy department as Global Data Privacy Officer för the tech company Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS. In her daily work she is frequently juggling multi-jurisdictional privacy questions with focus on European privacy law, third country transfers and US privacy laws. She works closely with cyber security ensuring that the privacy program is effective including collaborating across departments creating robust processes and enabling compliant sustainable business. Stephanie has for 15 years focused on ethics and compliance including anti-trust and anti-corruption including carrying out compliance audits and controls in various industries at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Siemens and Scandinavian Airlines.
